Once an automated "Ballpark" value has been generated we will complete a more detailed online analysis of your neighborhood real estate activity. This will include getting information from the tax record as well as all available real estate activity in your neighborhood directly from the Realtor's database, the Wasatch MLS. We will then provide you with a more accurate yet conservative value of your home.
The next step would be to visit your property in person so we can get a clear picture is the features, condition & salability of your home. We will then provide you with a written guaranteed 30 day sales value. This value may be higher or lower than the conservative value given in step 2 but in most cases the guaranteed sale value tends to be higher.
We guarantee to have your home sold (Offer accepted) at or above the guaranteed sales price within 30 days or we will pay you $500 with no further obligation to use our services. Should you decide you would like to continue to have us market & sell your home we will reduce our agreed upon commission by $1000.
