There are currently over 270 homes and condos for sale in Lehi with entry level homes starting at about $100,000. Luxury homes in Lehi with 4,000 to 7,000 square feet runs from $400,000 to $800,000. Lehi is the "tech" center of Utah with several large employers including an Adobe campus. Lehi offers a great location in the middle between Salt Lake City and Provo. Lehi Utah is part of the Provo-Orem economic statistical area. Lehi is located north of the Provo-Orem area up Interstate 15 approximately 15 miles. According to the 2010 census there are just under 50,000 residents.
There are few areas in Utah with a brighter future than Lehi Utah. Real estate in Lehi is booming! Lehi is attracting national attention with all the tech companies relocating or opening new offices in Lehi. In 2015 there are currently over a dozen mid-rise office building under construction bringing thousands of jobs to the area. A familiar landmark in Lehi is the Lehi Roller Mills. The mill produces some 100,000 pounds of flour each day. Lehi Roller Mills was immortalized in a 1984 film of Footloose starring Kevin Bacon. It was the site of the infamous dance. Back then the mill was in a somewhat rural location now it is home to a variety of fast food restaurants and shopping centers. The Lehi Roller Mills was listed on the US National Register of Historic Places in 1994.
Another attraction of Lehi's Thanksgiving Point. Thanksgiving point is a museum complex was founded in 1955. Almost 1.5 million people visit Thanksgiving Point each year. There you will find Thanksgiving Point Gardens, Thanksgiving Point golf course, the Museum of Ancient Life plus a megaplex theater, several restaurants and gift shops. It is also the site for the regions Tulip Festival, the annual Cornbelly's attraction and the Highland Games.
With FHA guidelines on condos relaxing, owning a condo is Lehi make a lot of sense. Condos offer many great amenities like swimming pools, gyms, parks, club houses and an affordable price. Condos for sale in Lehi start in the low $100,000's.
Townhouses offer a little more privacy than a condo with nobody living below or above and most offer an attached 1 or 2 car garage. There are several townhouse developments in Lehi with most selling from about $200,000. Amenities vary by complex but most offer basic amenities such as snow removal and landscaping, some have clubhouses and additional amenities but usually not as many amenities as condos offer. Another advantage of a townhouse is many offer private rear yards that are or can be fenced for additional privacy.
Lehi single family homes offer the most privacy and there are several great neighborhoods to chose from in Lehi including Traverse Mountain and many others. Lehi single family homes come in all sizes from very small to over 10,000 square feet. Home prices start in the mid $200,000's
