Residential units range from about 1000-1600 square feet and offer underground secured parking. Prices range from about $300,000-$550,000 and have all the features you might expect in a condo with relatively newer construction. These may lack character found in older construction condos or the unique appeal of a converted downtown loft, but if you're looking for newer construction, solid and clean at an affordable price then you're going to like what you find at the 838 condos.
