Armista Condos

Located between downtown Salt Lake City and the University of Utah in The Avenues. Originally constructed as an apartment building in 1927 then completely rehabbed and converted in the condominium residences in 2007. Armista condos feature original hardwood floors, exposed brick, new kitchens and baths, laundry in unit. The bathrooms restored to look like the originals with pedestal sinks and full tubs. The Armista is listed on The National Register of Historic Places.
