Terrace Falls Condos are located on the north east edge of downtown Salt Lake City just a short walk from City Creek Center & Temple Square. Terrace Falls Condos recently had a renovation updating many of the buildings interiors & common areas. HOA fees range from $300 to $500 a month but include several amenities and benefits such as Swimming pool, steam room, Rooftop Terrace, BBQ's, gym, library, community gathering center, secure underground parking and the HOA includes water, sewer, garbage and cable TV.

Pros: Terrace Falls Condos has a great location with easy access to downtown Salt Lake City & University of Utah. There are several boutiques, shops and eateries nearby. There is secure underground parking.

Cons: For those who have pets unfortunately Terrace Falls does not allow pets unless they are a service animal. I wish the architectural style would have better conformed to the neighborhood.
