As of October 2026 the villas and cottages have separate associations. HOA dues are about $190 per month for the attached villas and about $135 per month for the detached cottages. Dues help cover the trails, pickleball court, picnic area and snow removal. There is no clubhouse or pool, which helps keep the dues low.
