Woodland Hills is located in south Utah County a few miles south of Spanish Fork and just east of Payson in an elevated location at the east base of Mount Nebo. Woodland Hills became a city in the year 2000. The city has one of the highest median income in the state of Utah. According to the 2010 census the city had 301 residents in 1990 and over 1300 residents as of today. While the city is small, it is part of a much larger metropolitan area extending in the from Provo to the south to Salt Lake City to the north. Woodland Hills is an excellent location to have a custom built with several large lots in area to choose from.
