The Harvest Moon Hurrah is sponsored by the Spanish Fork arts Council and takes place every September 19. Activities include storytelling, old-fashioned family photos, art, hay rides, bluegrass band and live entertainment.

The Festival of lights is a Christmas celebration that runs from Thanksgiving to New Year's Day.

Fiesta days celebrates Utah Valley Spanish, Mexican, Latino or Latin American cultural roots. This event is held every July and is centered around the Pioneer Day celebration. Events include a weeklong rodeo, craft fair, duck races, and fireworks on 24th June.

Another wonderful celebration is the festival of colors held every year at the Sri Sri Radha Krishna Temple in Spanish Fork. Thousands of people come from all over Utah to participate and it is quite a sight to see all the colors.
