The Cottages at Saratoga View is a new community of 76 attached cottages in Saratoga Springs, built by Rimrock and marketed to buyers 55 and older. Construction began in 2024 and the community is being built one building at a time. There is no recorded age restriction, so it is considered an active adult community rather than an age-restricted one.
Every home has a zero-step entry. There are 4 floor plans from about 1,523 to 2,175 square feet. The two smaller plans are single level, and the two larger plans add a loft guest suite above the garage.
Something most Utah County 55 plus communities do not have is an outdoor pool, and Saratoga View has one. Residents also enjoy a clubhouse with a fitness center, a game room, bocce ball courts, garden plots, walking trails and a barbecue patio.

The cottages are next door to Saratoga View Senior Living, a separate assisted living business, and about 4 minutes from Walmart. Holy Cross Hospital Mountain Point in Lehi is about 12 minutes away.
