Holdaway Fields Active Adult Community
Holdaway Fields is one of Utah County's newest 55 plus communities, located in Vineyard. Built by Goodboro Homes beginning in 2024, the active adult section has its own HOA and a recorded age restriction requiring at least 80 percent of homes to have a resident 55 or older. The 55 plus homes are part of a larger Goodboro neighborhood that also includes village and estate lots.
Goodboro offers 6 floor plans from about 1,650 to 2,650 square feet, in Tudor, Craftsman, Traditional and Gambrel styles. Each plan has single level main floor living, and an unfinished basement is included in the base price for storage, guests or a future finish. Expect about 6 to 7 months to build.
A clubhouse, pool, pickleball courts and fitness center are planned. The builder will start the amenities once the 50th building permit is pulled.
