Rooftops New Construction

Due to the Rooftops being a newer development there are few re-sale units that come for sale currently. As of August 2015 there are about 130 condos completed with another 40 in the plans to be completed over the next year or so. New construction prices vary from the low $200,000's to under $300,000.

Rooftops Pros & Cons

Pros

Rofftops @ 7800 offer a very unique design and the standard features are quite nice so you will not have to spend a fortune on upgrades. Many of the townhouses offer rooftop terraces. The location is ideal for many people with Trax nearby and easy freeway access and shopping nearby without the noise.

Cons

There are several rental apartments in the area that may be a concern to some people. The Rooftops shares the outdoor pool & clubhouse with a neighboring apartment complex.
