WFRMLS Home Search

The Wasatch Front Regional Multiple Listings Service (WFRMLS) is Utah Largest MLS. 97% off all homes in Utah listed for sale are listed on WFRMLS. Park City has its own MLS however most homes listed for sale on the Park City MLS are also listed for sale in the WFRMLS. There are also other small MLS's throughout Utah, with most homes also being listed on the WFRMLS.

Around year 2000 Broker Reciprocity was introduced allowing all real estate agents the ability to display all listed homes for sale on their personal website regardless of who it was listed by. This has allowed even the smallest office to compete with the largest office with equal access to all MLS information and listings.

Today most real estate agent websites have all the same properties for sale and it has become more of how the properties are accessed and displayed that gives an agent the competitive advantage. Every agent has access to the same information but how each agent site uses the information can very greatly. We believe our site displays the information in a fun and easy format that is easy to navigate with quick search results displayed.
